Swedish Transport Agency regulations and general advice on the preparedness for rescue operations as well as emergency services at airports

The regulations are amended following the entry into force of new EU rules. They will apply to the operation of airports which are to be approved according to the Swedish Transport Agency's regulations and general advice on the approval of airports, with the exception of airports intended exclusively for helicopters, as well as to those who intend to train staff who will provide emergency services at certified airports. The regulations contain rules on planning and exercises for rescue operations at airports, the provision of emergency services as well as fire extinguishing agents and access to water supplies.
