Approval of seventy (70) Hellenic Technical Specifications (HTS), the application of which is mandatory in all public works and studies

ELOT TS 1501-03-06-01-01 Sealing of roofs made of reinforced concrete

This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the sealing of roofs made of reinforced concrete, regardless of the inclination. The specification includes the preparation of the surface and the laying of the sealing coat, as well as the laying of the coats for its protection, if required.

Sealing systems accompanied by a full series of producer specifications regarding the materials and their application do not fall within the scope of this specification. In this case and in order to ensure the applicability of the performance guarantees provided by the producer, the system is applied in accordance with the producer’s specifications.
