These Rules lay down requirements for facilities and space used for carrying out roadworthiness tests for vehicles, devices and equipment of a testing centre, conditions and method of carrying out roadworthiness tests for vehicles, method and time limits for carrying out preventive roadworthiness tests, procedure for withdrawal of vehicles from service at the testing centre, content, format and size of forms used in roadworthiness tests, and method of keeping records on roadworthiness tests, as well as the shape, content, size and placement of a designation of the validity of a roadworthiness test.
