Order extending an inter-branch agreement concluded within the framework of the Inter-branch Association of the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Industry (INTERFEL) and relating to the ripeness of table grapes

The order extends an agreement aiming to improve the quality of certain varieties of table grapes produced in France, throughout the marketing period. It establishes ripeness requirements determined by a refractive index. Its purpose is to ensure the ripeness of marketed fruit when sold to consumers, by setting a higher minimum sugar content than that laid down under the regulations.
