Structures (buildings and structures that are not buildings)

Order No [XXX] of the Minister for the Interior and Kingdom Relations of [date] amending the Order on the Building Decree 2012 with regard to floating structures, the environmental performance limit value, near-zero-energy buildings and the citation of several standards

The Building Decree 2012 contains regulations on the renovation and demolition of structures, the condition and use of existing structures, open areas and grounds, and safety during construction and demolition works. Some parts of the Building Decree 2012 state that detailed regulations shall be laid down by ministerial order. This is the Order on the Building Decree 2012. This amendment order provides a more detailed explanation of Article 1.12b on floating structures in the Building Decree 2012, and amends the calculation method for the environmental performance limit value. It also lays down the requirements for near-zero-energy buildings and cites new versions of several standards listed in Annexes I and II to Article 1.2 of the Order on the Building Decree 2012.

Article 1.3 of the Building Decree 2012 contains an equivalence provision that also applies to this ministerial order. See also the article-specific explanatory notes regarding said provision.
