Order on the characteristics of fishing gas oil

The order on the characteristics of fishing gas oil defines the characteristics of the petroleum product in question, relaxes the maximum FAME content based on the use of large-scale logistics and provides for modernised architecture. It was the latter reason that prompted the decision to repeal and replace the order of 19 June 2000.

This Order is co-signed by the Director-General for Energy and Climate, the Director-General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control and the Director-General for Customs and Excise.
