Proposal to amend the Swedish National Food Agency's regulations (LIVSFS 2014:1) on food information

The Swedish National Food Agency proposes that a notification obligation for food business operators be introduced for foodstuffs labelled with information stating that they do not contain certain allergens. Such information is primarily intended for people with an allergy or intolerance.

The notification shall be provided to the Swedish National Food Agency, which shall forward the notification to the relevant inspection body.
