The products to be sold are grass-fed beef and meat preparations, minced meat, meat products, rendered edible fats and foodstuffs made of said beef.

The rules for the ‘Production of Grass-fed Beef’ food quality scheme set out specific requirements for animal keepers participating in the scheme. The rules for the food quality scheme were drawn up by the group of producers who will implement it. Compliance with the requirements set out in the rules and participation in the scheme is voluntary. Joining the scheme is open to everyone who complies with the requirements set out in the rules.
