Greenhouses and greenhouse energy systems which result in energy efficiency or promote the production of energy from renewable sources by the greenhouse horticulture sector

Amendment of the Order on national subsidies granted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the 2017 Order on access to subsidies granted by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, with respect to access to the ‘market introduction of energy innovations’ subsidy module and certain amendments thereto

This is a requirement associated with a financial measure. Under this order, greenhouse horticulture businesses or an association thereof can apply for subsidies for investments in a greenhouse or greenhouse energy system, which result in energy efficiency or promote the production of energy from renewable sources by the greenhouse horticulture sector. In order to be considered eligible, the greenhouse or greenhouse energy system must meet certain requirements. Once these are met, the greenhouse or greenhouse energy system will be energy efficient and/or there will be a reduction in CO2 emissions.
