Draft Government Decree on security requirements for weapons, ammunition, black powder, smokeless powder and primers, and on munitions depots

This draft government decree stipulates technical security requirements for the possession of weapons and ammunition, technical security requirements and storage, possession, and handling requirements for black powder, smokeless powder and primers, and simultaneously defines minimum technical and organisational requirements for additional security measures for a munitions depot. The draft government decree does not contain any references to EU legislation. The draft government decree contains references to the following standards: ČSN EN 1143-1, ČSN EN 1300, ČSN EN 1627, ČSN EN 50131-1 ed.2, ČSN EN 50136-1, ČSN EN 62676-1-1, ČSN EN 62305-1 and ČSN 33 2340.
