Draft Implementing Decree amending Implementing Decree No 102/1994 establishing requirements to ensure occupational health and safety and safe operation in buildings intended for the manufacture and processing of explosives, as amended by Implementing Decree No 76/1996 and Implementing Decree No 327/1992 establishing requirements to ensure occupational health and safety and safe operation during the manufacture and processing of explosives, and on the professional qualifications of workers performing such activities, as amended by Implementing Decree No 340/2001.

The purpose of the proposed legislation is to increase the coherence of legislation regulating the manufacture and processing of explosives with legislation regulating the handling of ammunition and munitions, to clarify and rearrange the legislation, to define the classification of explosives in more detail, and to clarify conditions for the creation of operational documentation.
