The regulation defines the detailed conditions for managing and operating an information and communications system which records data relating to the correct operation of gaming machines at arcades by a State Treasury entity acting as the state monopoly in this field. The system is to be managed in such a way as to allow data to be recorded securely, guaranteeing the integrity, completeness, confidentiality and accountability thereof, as well as the possibility to reproduce the data. The disclosure requirements regarding the recording of events have also been defined.
