Second Ordinance amending the First Ordinance to the Explosives Act

The Second Ordinance amending the First Ordinance to the Explosives Act,
like the draft Fifth Act amending the Explosives Act, adapts German
legislation on explosives in line with advancements in European law by
transposing several EU Directives (2013/29/EU - making pyrotechnic
articles available on the market, 2014/58/EU - setting up a system for
the traceability of pyrotechnic articles and 2014/28/EU - making
available on the market and supervision of explosives for civil uses).

The Second Ordinance amending the First Ordinance to the Explosives
Act includes the amendments at Ordinance level which complement the
above-mentioned draft Act.
