Draft Implementing Decree on electronic cigarettes, refill containers and herbal products for smoking

The draft Implementing Decree is based on authorisation under the Act on foodstuffs, and stipulates- requirements for electronic cigarettes and refill containers;- labelling of electronic cigarettes and refill containers;- requirements for reporting information on electronic cigarettes and refill containers;- the registration procedure for cross-border distance sales;- labelling of herbal products for smoking; and- requirements for reporting information on herbal products for smoking.
