Decree of the Ministry of the Environment amending the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment on improving the energy efficiency of buildings in conjunction with repair and modification works

The changes contained in the formal notice 2016/2030 of the European Commission dated 29 April 2016 have been included in the amending draft Decree. Article 1(2), which contains the list of building classes that are exempt from the minimum requirements concerning energy efficiency, is removed, as the list will be added to the Land Use and Building Act. Definitions of technical, functional and economic feasibility and extensive repair and the requirements concerning the minimum efficiency of heating systems are added.
