Draft Act amending the Electricity Tax Act, the Merger Tax Act and the Corporation Tax Act

It is proposed to remove entertainment, including theatre performances, film showings, etc. from Annex 1 to the Electricity Tax Act. Undertakings offering entertainment activities will consequently be able to obtain an electricity tax refund down to the minimum EU rate of DKK 0.04/kWh.
